The program structure is designed around your intentions and concerns as the leader of your organization.
Creating Intention: 2-3 calls with the senior leader of the organization and key stakeholders/ participants as requested to create the intention for this retreat.
Inventing the Future Executive Retreat: 1.5 day retreat at your chosen location and time. NOTE: The format can be customized to fit your existing meeting/ offsite structures, shaping and elevating the context your team is working from.
Completion and Next Steps: Follow-up call(s) with the senior leader and stakeholders/ participants as requested to reflect on the impact the retreat is having on you and explore possibilities to build on the new foundation you have created.
