The Ultimate Intent is sourced from your personal purpose. It’s from your heart and soul, and is extremely powerful.

You’ll gather a core group, your Delegation, to author and declare Your Company’s Future: This is Who We Are, This is What We Stand For, This is What We See and This Is What We Promise. Your Declaration becomes the primal act of inventing your Future. It will resonate through your BluPrint and through every action taken from here.

Your Delegation will Identify, distinguish, and author values that are carefully sourced from the Future you’ve declared, not someone else’s. You’ll language them to mean something to you and the world you’re creating, grounding the most fundamental ways of being in your Company.

Your Commitments are the bridge to Your Future. They get you out of the past-ness, inertia and prediction or the ordinary and accustomed to ways of being in business. These Domains are the senior most Commitments of your Company that guide you to fulfilling your Declared Future.

You will (re-)Invent the work you do as EPICs – big initiatives that are Extraordinary, Powerful, Inspiring & Connected to your Callings and Ultimate Intent. You will design these EPICs as games with chosen obstacles that empower the development of everyone on your team.
