Pre-workshop Introduction
Prior to the offsite workshop you and your leadership team will be guided in exploring the question: At the end of my life, this is what I want to say my life fulfilled.
This sets the stage for connecting the invented Future of your company to the Future each of you envisions for yourselves individually, and gives you a powerful place to stand in working together.
Authoring the Future of Your Company Workshop
You will author the BluPrint for your company’s Future over 3 days together. At the source of your company’s Future is what you and your team discover and declare matters most to you as human beings.
The program and chosen environment are designed to elevate connection among you and your team and to fuel your imagination.
Inventing Your Game
Over three Zoom calls following the workshop, you will refine your BluPrint and put it into action by declaring the key strategic initiatives that will bring forth your unique Future.
We promise to disrupt the ordinary, common sense approach to creating goals and plans. You will discover an entirely new philosophy of creating initiatives that calls forth intentional performance and development resulting in your complete and total fulfillment as human beings.

Individual Zoom call with Founder following the workshop to create opportunities to support you in fulfilling your declared Future. This may include, at your request, sharing and connecting your new Future with the rest of your organization, creating alignment, and developing as a high performance team embodying your BluPrint.
Free access to our proprietary Strategic Alignment & Action Technology (aka, The BluPrint App) software for the duration of the program and 3 months following program completion for unlimited use in your company. The app is designed to disrupt existing ways of working and create traction in manifesting your Company BluPrint.

Fee Schedule
The program fee is based on the number of participants joining from your company.
Individual Founder/ Company registration: $12,500
Company with team of 4 bundle: $19,500
Fee per additional participant: $3,000
Non-Procrastinator Bonus: Enroll by October 15 and receive $2,500 discount off of the Individual Founder/ Company Fee.
Initial deposit to guarantee your spot: $2,500
Balance due prior to start of workshop or on agreed upon schedule.
